Once you made an order, we shall send you an email then process the order and complete the shipment within 2 working days.

Once carrier take the package, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can use it to check update of logistics. If there is no update in more than 2 days, please contact us.

RETURNS

Please inform us before you return the shipment. Or we will refuse to receive it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email on how to send your package including our address and carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When there is a problem with the product, take a good picture and keep the evidence. After our customer service receives your return request, check the product pictures, and when it meets the refund and return requirements, it take only 1 day to solve the problem by us.
